We understand the pressures that a move can create, so with over 25 years in the business you can be assured that we will provide a quality and personal service from start to finish.
Where possible we recommend that a move consultant visits your home in order to get a clear understanding of your requirements and to provide you with an accurate quotation for your move. It is also an opportunity for you to discuss our service in full and any special requirements or concerns that you may have.
If this is not possible we can arrange for our surveyor to contact you by phone and a telephone survey can be carried out. NB The quotation will be provided based on the information that you provide. However, if there are variations, your move may be subject to additional charges.
Following your survey you will be sent a formal quotation and acceptance form.

Liability Cover

Full details of our standard liability cover are provided in our Terms and Conditions section. Our standard cover provides for £25000 per removal. Additional cover can be arranged if required . Should you require further information or have any queries please do not hesitate to contact your move consultant or our office who will be pleased to assist.

Storage and Packing

Packing

We offer a full range of packing services to meet your requirements. All items are carefully prepared for packing, wrapped and placed in cartons. Fragile or valuable items are expertly assessed, custom wrapped and placed in custom made crates for added protection and security.

Storage

Our storage facility is fully secure, alarmed and temperature controlled. We can also accept deliveries into our warehouse from your own transport. Please contact us for a free quote on:
